Great Service for the Price

Hampton Inn Miami- Airport West is great hotel for the price when compared to other hotels that are much more expensive and charge for every service. You get access to internet, computer and printing facilities free of charge. Although there are not many staffs they accommodate your requests with a friendly and helpful demeanor. The location is ideal to get about and the free parking is very convenient for guest.

Needs an attitude adjustment!!

The front desk clerks were rude when we checked in and departed. They also seemed a bit under staffed.

Room was clean, but physical plant was old looking. Staff not very attentive, especially front desk people.

Great Stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The accomdations were great and the bed with all the pillows was fantastic, best sleep I ever got. The surounding area was great as well with a few shops and restaurants right next door.

Free shuttle to airport and free breakfast a plus!

We stayed here as a layover before flying to the Galapagos. We liked the idea that this hotel was close to the airport and that it had free shuttle service to it. It was quiet, had a free breakfast with a good selection. We'll definitely stay at the Hampton Airport Express when we're back in Miami for an overnight stay.

Probably the nicest Hampton in the world

I have stayed in a lot of Hamptons and I really like them. I feel that they are a good value for the money. This is, by and large, the most friendly and best kept of all the Hamptons that I have stayed in. Those people deserve a great big round of applause.

Nice Hotel for the Money

Great hotel and shuttle service! Close location to/from the airport. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast selections were also great!
