Trip Type: Family Review 20 of 66Great location
We stayed here when we were in town for a Cleveland Indians game. We paid $18 to valet park at the hotel and then walked to the game to avoid traffic and paying to park there. It was an easy walk. The room was very nice and clean and the free breakfast was great. Will definitely stay here again.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 22 of 66Great Hotel
Very easy to find. If you are not using the valet parking you may want to look up where the parking garage is ahead of time. It is down a side street less than a block away, but if you don't know where you are going it can take some time to find it. The staff is very nice and extremely helpful. They will even store your luggage for you after you check out if you are doing something that day. I went for an Indians game and found that the hotel is just a short 15 minute walk straight down 9th street to the ballpark. The hotel was very nice and clean and I would definately reccommend it for a stay in Cleveland.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 23 of 66Great location
Within walking distance of everything in Cleveland, from the Rock Hall to the Q to the restuarants. The only bad thing about my trip was the ice machine was broken on the 15th floor. Other than that, it was perfect.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 24 of 66Great room for the money
My son and I stayed at the hotel to watch the Indians play the Red Sox. It was inexpensive, comfortable and convenient. We felt very safe walking back and forth to the stadium. The valet was very convenient. The breakfast lacked the usual wafflemaker, but there was cereal, biscuits, fruit, etc. We found plenty to eat.

Trip Type: Business Review 25 of 66Great location at a reasonable price
Internet connection was a bit slow in the evening - seems like it was overloaded. It was much better first thing in the morning. Other than that, this was a fine place to stay if you have business in downtown Cleveland.

Trip Type: Business Review 27 of 66Great value downtown
The Hampton Inn is next door to the Cleveland Federal Reserve Bank and only three blocks away from Public Square. So most any downtown interest point is a quick walk (R&R Hall of Fame, Jacobs Field, Cavalier's arena). Excellent access to good restaurants and the pedestrian mall. The desk clerk provided useful local information and a walking map. The room was clean and comfortable and the complementary breakfast was generous. I was in town for a convention and the Hampton saved me more than $100 compared to the convention hotel.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 28 of 66Had a wonderful night!
The check in was quick and easy. You do have to pay to park, but valet was only a few dollars more than the regular parking fee to park yourself in a parking garage down the street. Only about a $6 cab ride to W. 6th street to go to the bars and restaurants down there. Had a very nice stay.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 29 of 66good location w/ affordable price
the hotel is only two blocks away from a big entertainment area in downtown cleveland (ie comedy place, House of Blues, bars and restaurants, etc), and is the most reasonably priced. the breakfast they provide is good, the rooms are comfortable and large.
