Great Experience

We arrived late but the night clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in wss quick and easy, the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, we experienced a great stay.

Great room for the money

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Hot breakfast was decent. When checking in it was posted that the pool/spa was closed. This information would have been helpful when booking the hotel, especially when they open the indoor pool seasonally. We booked the hotel partially because they had a pool!

Great Room at a Great Price

Our only complaints were two-fold: (a)the hotel was billed as having a pool and a spa pool - neither have been opened since the hotel's opening. (b) the ice machine on our floor was broken our entire stay and no one on staff seemed to be too interested in getting it fixed. There was also no soda in the soda machine; again, that condition existed for the 3 nights we were there. Otherwise, the breakfast was good, the room was clean and comfortable.

Probably the best in Alamogordo

It's not like there are alot of choices in Alamogordo. But the location of this is very convenient - near the restaurant part of town, and closest to White Sands. I was a bit disappointed that the wireless didn't work in the room, and the wired-internet was working about 20% of the time. Also, the smoke alarm beeped every 15 seconds, indicating the batteries hadn't been changed in forever, but that was fixed right away. Also, the pool was closed - always a nice little surprise at checkin when you're showing up with the family. But, still, I'd probably stay here again next time I'm in Alamogordo.

Excellent Hotel

The hotel showed all the signs of excellent management, clean comfortable rooms, efficient staff, and good quality service.

Alamogordo's best

Located right off the freeway, next to Chili's restaurant, plus an excellent complimentary breakfast service, in what appears to be a new hotel. Close to White Sands National Monument and the NASA museum. Family vacation cross-country trip. Highly recommended.

Great Room

Booked last minute because did not want to get stuck at a cheaper less comfortable place. Beds were comfortable. Not enough towels in the room. Breakfast was great. Most definitely would stay again

Very friendly staff, could have used a fridge in the room to keep my insulin cold but the ice machine was just around the corner.

Outstanding Hotel

The hotel room was excellant. You could smell how clean the pillows and blankets were. The room was clean and the service was fantastic. We have stayed at many hotels and I have to say this is one of the best.. Thank you

A comfortable and friendly home away from home.

The staff was quick to supply me with all my extra needs .They were friendly and helpful always served me with a smile.
