    I stayed in the newer wing. Very run down, in desperate need of everything-paint, carpet, new blankets, minor repairs, etc.

Location.The Hotel de l'Europe is an elegant property set in the centre of historic Poitiers, 12 kilometres from the Robot Zoo and Forest of Dreams at the Futuroscope amusement park. Poitiers Airport is an approximate driving time of 15 minutes from the hotel, a distance of five kilometres.

Hotel Features.Guests can start the day in the bright breakfast room, and catch up on emails and surf the web with complimentary Internet connections. The 24-hour front desk has a safe-deposit box for storing valuables, and there is parking on site (surcharge).
