Outstanding Hotel

This is one of the best Hotel's I have ever stayed at! New, Clean, Many Ammenities. I use to travel weekly and this by far is one of the best hotels for the money. Very convienently located inside DFW airport. I wish i had more time to enjoy there!

Great stop over place

The food in the restaurant is particularly superb. The hotel service is very client oriented. The view from the window is a parking lot surrounding the spacious airport. You can't beat the location, 5 minutes to the gate ( American Airlines) or the check-in counter. Also the price for the quality is best.

Traveler's Respite

The rate for the quality was unheard of. The customer service and sensitivity of the staff was superb and a lesson in and of itself on the art of hospitality. An incident did occur where hotel security was needed to respond. They were fleet of foot, deft, and most importantly discreet. This is a safe, respite for weary travelers. The entire staff was wholeheartedly aware of their mission to serve and comfort. The room service was even fairly priced, timely arrival, with a very understanding professional staff.

Hyatts are pricey

Don't expect much to be covered in your room cost--especially not breakfast. I think we got a free coffee. The room, of course, was gorgeous and comfortable with an incredibly large bathroom, and one robe. Being an airport hotel, they must get business travelers, not families, most of the time. The kids menu on the room service was great, as was the service. (The carrot sticks and celery were flavorless, though). Although you hear the jets, it did not keep my family from resting comfortably. The convenience to the gates was worth it.

Impressive

I definitely enjoyed staying at this hotel after a long flight. The valet service was surprisingly quick. The only "problem" was that on hotels.com it says this hotel is "soundproof" (it is pretty much on the runway) and I saw a review that said you could only barely hear bigger planes....I found out you can hear quite a few planes leaving, but it was only if you are really trying to hear it, and I'm sure if the rooms weren't really soundproofed all that well, the noise would be unbearable, which it was not. Be aware of extra surcharges when you check out, they tried to get me on a bottle of wine and 3 other drinks!!

Great Location

Flew in to work in Dallas for two weeks. Saved money not needing a rental car. The hotel is literally inside the airport, didnt know that. Had my co worker pick me up every day. Do be careful about the mini bar. They got me twice, but I asked them and they took it off the bill.

Best hotel ever

first of all let me state that im very picky when it comes to hotels, im not rich but i like to stay in nice hotels and this was one of them, i stay the night because i was flying out the next day. The concierge was very helpful he even looked up my flight time and gate the rooms were outstanding and the beds were comfortable, but the best part was that i was flying out of american airlines and all i had to do was literally take the elevator down from the hotel lobby and i was at my gate. wow! every hotel should be like that.
