Outstanding Staff.

The staff was extremely nice, kind and very helpful. The breakfast was not included, and was quite pricey even though there was a good variety of food. Everyone was very professional and could communicate very well in english. Would definately stay again, the staff was great.

A very lovely hotel

Very nice hotel, elegant and reasonably priced. It is maintained really well. Friendly and courteous staff. Although it would have been nice to have internet access in room and breakfast included with the price. Location is a little out of mainstream. Nonetheless, will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I liked it.

I thought the hotel was very nice and comfortable. The bathroom was a very pleasant surprise. The staff were extra helpful. The stairs seemed a little rickety and the elevator was amazingly small, but I really liked the room. Overall a very nice hotel I would stay there again.

Rating overstated

THis hotel is probably capable of being a 4-star hotel, but it is not one now. Rooms are very ordinary and considerably worse than in cheaper hotels elsewhere. Our king-size bed was two twins put together (common in Europe) but was mated to a headboard for a double bed so the mattress stuck out many inches beyond the headboard on one side. Pillows were so soft as to be of no use. There is a bar, but good luck finding someone to serve you. And if there is a group meeting, the bar area is taken over by the group as part of the meeting space. Internet is only available on the reception level in public areas, but it is free. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Laundry was done, but wwas frightfully expensive, and we had to call down after 7 P.M. to get it brought up. Convenitntly located for access to Romantic Road.
