Outstanding & Quiet--Ideal for Couples

Excellent location. Hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were very comfortable.

Luxurious Hotel, Supurb Location

We stayed here during are honeymoon and were so happy with the Grand Majestic, it's location, the staff, and particularly the room. The hotel is in Pallanza, which is a one of the nicest villages on the lake and you can walk from your room to the ferry building to explore the islands and neighboring villages. The room was well-appointed and very clean. The bed was large, seemingly larger than a queen, and very comfortable. Our room had only a shower but, still, the bathroom was a decent size by european standards. The buffet breakfast that was included is the best we've been offered at a hotel. The staff, or at least everyone we encountered, spoke very good English and were very helpful acquainting us with the area by providing maps, phone numbers, and suggestions. We got a room with a small balcony and view of the lake and were happy we did--it's beautiful!

Excellent setting on the lake.

Setting was beautiful. Short walking distance to town with good restaurants both at hotel and in town. Would stay ere every time in this area. Staff was very helpful in answering any questions and giving recommendations on things to do.
