    Great location next to river.Request riverfront room if possible.Efficient staff, very helpful and courteous. Rooms were nicely decorated.

    We travel quite a bit and rarely see such poor service in a hotel -- specially the quality of the Boscolo First Class hotel. The Front Desk staff was clueless and rude. They could not provide us with maps or any knowledge of the surrounding area. Also, they advertise on their web-site parking is available but fail to inform you that they only have 3 spaces available - so there is no parking at the hotel. I will not be staying at this hotel again.
