Grand Beach

Very Impressed!

I took several days trying to figure out which resort that my family should stay at in Orlando. I read all the reviews for this resort and I was a little concerned because a couple people had some negative comments. What were they thinking! This place blew us away from the minute me got there. The only thing I would suggest is that when you book or when checking in, request a water view villa. All are so nice but a few of those beautiful balcony/screened patios overlook the front parking lot. We had a three bedroom/3 bath that had two master suites. The only difference was that one of them had jetts in the roman tub and the other one didn't. You may also have a better view out of one of the master bedrooms than the other. Overall, our family just loved the place! The only thing I could say is that the furniture, etc., could use some updating. I heard they are working on that and should have all new furniture sometime next year. Book this place you will also love it!

'Beautiful Place"

This place was beautiful and very clean. They even clean under the beds. The grounds are well maintained. I plan to stay here the next time we visit Florida.

A "grand value" at Grand Beach

The 3 bedroom suite was amazing and better then I ever expected. I was very impressed with the staff and their friendliness and willingness to make my stay the best.

Beautiful Resort

We found the Grand Beach very relaxing and peaceful after a long day at Disney World. It was spacious and comfortable with all of the ammenities needed for a relaxing vacation.

Great space, great location

Excellent location right outside WDW. Well-equipped kitchen let us have breakfast in our room every day -- close to grocery and convenience stores (you'll need a car). 3BR set-up provided comfort for 3 generations. Pool is good, not great. Parking is tight.

Great Place

We had a great time at this resort. Staff very helpful. Resort very clean and room was very clean also except for the carpet. They needed to be steam cleaned BAD!!! Feet turned black on the bottom of feet inside the room.But everything else was perfect plenty of towels for room and pool area.

Outstanding Bargain

We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit and it was wonderful. My family couldn't stop complementing me on the selection. Certainly a bargain for the room type and quality. Two annoying calls for the opportunity to hear the time share routine were easily dismissed. The staff was attentive when needed but left you alone if that's what you wanted. The hotel grounds were very nice and well maintained. We would definately stay here again and will be looking for other sites from the chain on future vacations.
