GREAT ROOM FOR THE MONEY!

THIS HOTEL IS IN A GOOD LOCATION CHANDLER/AWATUKEE AREA. ITS A PRETTY CLOSE DRIVE TO THE AIRPORT. YOU COULD TELL THIS HOTEL WAS AWESOME BACK IN THE DAY..SO ITS A LITTLE DATED BUT NOT BAD! THE ROOMS ARE HUGE AND ALL IN ALL A GREAT STAY!

Needs Improvement

The plumbing in the bathroom was sluggish and worrisome; we worried that there might be problems in the middle of the night; there was no hotel book nor telephone book in the room; the restaurant was not open for breakfast and the person at the front desk did not know why.....but for the location, which was important to us, the overnight stay was fine. Think the management needs to communicate better with its staff and customers.

Needs improvement

If you are in town for a 1 night stay this place is great. However it needs maintenance. The hallways are a bit dirty but the rooms are clean. Bar is good.

Needs Maintance

The room was comfortable but depressing. The furniture was dark and old, greatly in need of updating. There were a number of maintance issues that needed to be addressed such as a sliding glass door that could not be locked, electrical outlets that were broken and other minor issues. I got a quick response on the sliding glass door by maintance and it was repaired, thankfully.On the positive side my bed was comfortable and I slept well. The airconditioning was adequate and had a thermostat which was a plus in the heat of Phoenix. I probably would not stay in this hotel again if there is another choice nearby that is reasonable, I stayed at the Grace Inn since the conference I was attending was at the hotel.

Prefect getaway

I love this place, it has a bar and resturant. Lovely pool. Me and my girl always choose this place on the weekends ro be intimate

Check the Thermostat

My only complaint was with the thermostat in the room. It kept having the heat turn on, despite my wanting to have the A/C on.

Good room for the price

Room was very clean. Did not pick up any road noise from the traffic. Good service in the dinning room and food was great.

Grace inn

I had paid for a room upgrade, they didnt notice this until I saw the room and went down to the front desk, then moved rooms. Then, the key lock did not work, I walked down to the desk and the attendant came up and showed me how you need to pull the door towards me and up while inserting the key to make it work, this was difficult everytime I re entered the room. In the middle of the night (2pm) I awoke very warm, the AC was not working, in Arizona..it was late and I stuck in out. I told the front desk in the AM and was told "sorry, we will try to fix those things". Dont think they really cared. Do not stay here.
