Would not recommend this hotel.

The worse stay of my life. Somebody had the key to my room, and tried to get into my hotel room in the middle of the night, when I called the front desk, they told me I wasn't supposed to be there. They gave me the keys to the room, but they didnt register me. If I hadn't been in the room who knows what those people would have done. One mistake is all it takes. Assistant Manager didn't fix anything, didn't even bother to return my call. I do NOT recommed this hotel.

Horrible Nite In Sylmar

Hotel was a ran down shack..... Gas stations and food attractions make it look appealing but amongst check in noticed burn marks thru - out the room..... holes in the cover and matress.... molded and mildew smells.... rust and filth in the tub only to be moved to a room with equal or less value amongst presentation and other things.... go here you midus well take your money and invet it in making your car cozy enough for a good nights sleep.... At the least you will feel more at home.... THANK YOU!

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

I ASKED FOR 2 BEDS, BIG MISTAKE, WE HAD TO CRAWL OVER ONE OF THE BEDS TO GET TO THE RESTROOM. THE PEOPLE NEXT DOOR HAD THEIR TV VOLUME UP SO LOUD WE DIDNT GET TO SLEEP UNTIL WAY AFTER 1AM. THE MAIDES WASH THE PILLOWS AND TURN THEM INTO HARD BALLS. THE PRICE IS GOOD FOR THE ROOMN AND CLSE TO THE FRWY.

The hotel was in a perfect location for were i needed. Rooms were clean and in order. The room had a slight smell of dampness in it. I noticed that the AC unit had leaked on the carpet near the ac and i would believe that it was causing the smell in the room. It was not a big deal since opening the door air out the room. I notified the office about it so they would be able to correct the problem. The manager was a great help by allowing me to use there fax machine to send out some docs for work. That was the service that i really needed. Over all it was a great and clean place to stay and will be staying there again.

great room for the money

The location was great,near to mac donalds and dennys,close to freeway and not to far from a lot of stores.

Very noisy

Very noisy hotel, it's not possible to get rest at this place. Hotel is very old and needs an improvement. Breakfest is very basic (muffins, danish, coffee, tea, OJ). WiFi is not free, $4 per day.

Very little money for a wrost hotel.

I stayed in this hotel one week during my visit in Los Angeles. in spite of his lower price, I don´t recommended the hotel for, fundamentally, the location. From the hotel to some place interesting of L.A., you must go 30 milles or more, and 30 for return. You spend your money in gas. If you add the money for the hotel, and the money for the gas, you can go a another best hotel. Information about the hotel: Parking, free, and you don´t have problems for leave the car inside. Wifi: On demand. 4$ each day. Bad quality of connections and very slow velocity (200kb) Breakfast: Only coffee and cheapest cake. I prefers eat outside. Rooms: Little and old, not more dirty, but a bit, yes. (i´m a men, if you´re a woman, for you is very dirty). Conclussions: If you don´t have more money, think before go to this hotel, the price of the gas and add to this hotel.

Horrible

The hotel was expensive for what you get. There was no parking and if a space was open the spaces are so small not even my little honda would fit. The room was a joke. They didn't even supply a little bottle of shampoo or no hair dryer, and they didn't even replace the toilet paper (which was almost gone from the previous stayers... gross!). I would not reccomend this hotel. I understand if I pay a lower price to get less quality but this was a joke. I went and stayed at another hotel that was twenty dollars cheaper and next to disneyland and it was 10x better. Trust me, pay a little extra and stay somewhere else.
