Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 513what you expect for the price
Kind of shady that only the night window was open at 8pm.... but other than that it is what you would expect for such a low rate. just like any inexpensive motel anywhere. and the strip club that everyone keeps talking about is the world famous body shop. not really thaaat sleazy, in my opinion. the immediate area isnt very nice but go down rosecrans for half a mile and youre in point loma. also not that close to seaworld. i would have named it "good nite inn sports arena" or something. but i guess the swapmeet there isnt that great of a selling point :)

The profanity scratched into the hotel elevator did not give a great first impression. Once in the room, the odor that hits was like a brick. The air conditioner unit was held in place with a zip tie, nice touch. Everything was clean, save the for nice black hair in one of the beds. We got a great deal on the room, but paying a little extra could have upgraded to a nicer place.

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 513Good Hotel!
It was nice enough to stay in. It was a little loud and it was right next to an al-nude bar. But overall not a bad place to stay.

Exactly as the title reads, you get what you pay for, And it's not close to Sea World at all??? I guess you can't complain for how cheap it was.

THEY ADVERTISE ONLINE MICROWAVE BUT IT'S NOT IN THE ROOM YOU HAVE TO WARM YOUR FOOD THEN PROCEED TO THE 3RD FLOOR TO EAT IT. I HAD TO ASK FOR SHAMPOO BECAUSE IT WASN'T ALREADY IN THE ROOM AS IF YOU WOULDN'T NEED IT. I REQUEST THE FRONT DESK AND THEY SAY THEY WILL CALL "SOMEONE" AND NOBODY EVER COMES. THE FRONT DESK WHOM I ASKED SHOULD HAVE SIMPLY VERIFIED THAT THE REQUEST WAS DONE. UNFRIENDLY, AND UNPROFESSIONAL DESK HELP IN MY OPINION. IN THE ECONOMY EMPLOYEE'S THAT STILL HAVE A JOB SHOULD RESPECT, HONOR, AND SERVE THE CONSUMER AS THEY MAY NOT HAVE A JOB WHEN CUSTOMERS DON'T COME BACK. NOWADAYS PEOPLE VALUE THEIR MONEY MORE AND EXPECT SERVICE FOR IT

There was a smell inside the room, I asked to change my room and they did but still the other room had a little less smell. Some of the towells, bed sheet and covers had very obvious stains on them and staff knew about it. However, as said, you get what you pay for it, that's so right for this hotel. People who care about cleanlines or freshness of the towels, bed sheets, bed covers, blankets, room carpet and drapes for your hotel this is not your best choice be aware.

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 513NOT FOR FAMILIES
This hotel is labeled "Good Nite Inn Sea World" leading you to believe that it is a family environment. When we arrived we were shocked to see that it is located next to a nude corridor, the check in sheet has a waiver about informing police of who is staying there, and there are PLASTIC SHEETS on the beds!!! I was nervous to even have my kids in the parking lot or the lobby for fear of what they might see. This seems more suited to business from across the street than a family visiting Sea World.

It was a good value for the money. But it had the worst tasting water I've ever had out of a faucet.

Gross! I was not familar w/the area so I went on the internet to look for a room, the price was good deal but the hotel was so not worth the stay. Next to a strip joint, kids running up and down the hall in the middle of night, It was creepy...the cleaniness was another issue! OMG it serious needed a TOTAL UPGRADE, the sheets were so old they had holds in them.
