Hotel Si, Casino No!

Very good airport hotel. A little pricey and didn't use the coupons or breakfast at Denny's because of an early flight but the room was large and bed comfortable. Ample work area with hard-wired internet service (unsecured). They had to bring up a connection box which should have been there but service was prompt and technician knowledgable. Shuttle service was right on time and bellmen and driver very helpful. Now about the casino. Very posh for a small, Vegas-style casino. Cheeseburger in the Sports bar was outstanding, pizza was about as tasty as the carton it came in. Great big, mulitiple screens set up. However, the tightest slots I have ever seen and they use a multiple deck shoe which they continuously feed with as little as a dozen cards, the dealer at my first table hit blackjack or drew to six and seven card twenty-one on five out of six hands! Second table I lost or pushed on 18 to 20 six times. Save your money! Overall, nice, convenient hotel.

Great room for the money

It was close to the airport. The staff was very accommodating and helped us with all of our plans. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who is pressed for time and needs easy access to the airport and tours. The tour lady in the lobby was also very helpful and made our side trips run smoothly. It was a great experience all around.

very close to airport

This hotel served our purposes as a comfortable night near the airport. Free hotel shuttle every 10 minutes, decent pool, overall, satisfied. Only complaint- the dining options are very limited (a horrible-looking fast food chicken place and a denny's). And the free denny's breakfast was paltry.

Great Value

Very nice hotel. Free breakfast, internet, and coffee. Polite, friendly staff. Nice pool. Free shuttle to airport leaves every 10 minutes. Airport is only 5 minutes away. Casino across the street. Great value.

So so hotel

The hotel was in a good location in relation to the airport. It's a short trip to the city if you desire to travel that way. Some of the hotel pictures were a little deceiving(such as most are), but it didn't make as much of a difference. The non-smoking area of the hotel seemed to stink of smoke later in the day, not so much in the morning when the maid service was cleaning. The lobby was a comfortable setting with free coffee/tea and internet. The staff was very helpful and helped the best they could with our requests.

Great Location

Problems checking in. Was first to arrive at 11:30 am to check in, but couldn't until 2:00 pm. At 2:00 pm had to wait inline with other guest who showed up after us, therefore we ended up being last two check-in since they didn't keep track as guest arrived. Then our floor and wing was having new carpet installed, smell and ordor was overwelming, they should of had enough sense not to put guest in that area. Location to airport, restaurant, entertainment was very good. Shuttle ot airport was also very good.

Great airport hotel

Perfect location for an overnight before you start your Costa Rican adventure. Staff was very helpful, shuttles available, car rentals close by, food close by. Very clean and comfortable

A bit overpriced.

The "free shuttle" to the airport wanted to charge me $4 for the ride. This was around 4:00am on November 27th 2007.

Great Hotel

Very convenient to airport & car rental. Prompt & courteous with pick up at airport and check in. Inredibly friendly service. Didn't go to casino but it looked nice. No issues with breakfast at Denny's. No problems whatsoever. Fair price and internet available in the lobby. Will stat there again with the family.
