OK for the money, but the staff was extremely unfriendly or helpful.

Very noisy, ask for a back or side room. People above us were incredibly noisy at 3:00 am the first night, then again at 11:00 pm the next. The front desk person said he called them, (and they quieted down) but he acted like we were not telling the truth. He came to our door and wanted to come in and hear for himself. We were in bed, and was he being very persistent about coming in. Convenient location, if you don't mind walking to restaurants.

Positive Experience

Convenient to Fisherman's Wharf and other Downtown attractions. Clean rooms, spacious bathrooms, helpful staff, adequate complimentary continental breakfast counter, FREE PARKING which adds greatly to its value. An older motel with nice amenities.

Great hotel for the money

I will stay here again, the location was convenient to fishersman wharf and surrounding attractions. The people who worked at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Was quite pleased with the fact that the parking was free.....A+

Needs improvement

Slightly disappointed with this visit. Repairs were occurring, bed was not finish, remote control did not work. Inconvienced this time

Blocks from Fisherman's Wharf!

We really enjoyed our brief stay at this hotel. Great location near tourist attractions and restaurants. We slept well and wished that they offered late check out that weekend (but it was not available). We would stay again!

Great hotel for the price

very satisfied with the service and convenients the hotel offers. Strategic location closed to public transport and event places in downtown SF. Parking is plenty

Not what I expected

It has all the basics, but there is alot of road noise. The continental breakfast is a joke. Not an easy walk to the trolley. Would only go there again if couldn't find or couldn't afford anything better.

great location!

great location!!! parking not so good. didnt get the queen size bed that we had ordered online...but never got charged more. maybe the front desk lady could have been a little nicer too.

Ok for saving money

It is a good deal if you are trying to save a few $$$. Next time I would rather pay a little more for a nicer room. Free parking is a plus, but you need to leave the keys with front desk so they can shuffle cars around.
