Four Seasons Houston

Somewhat disappointed.

I really was expected more from an established, famous five star hotel. When I stay at a five star I want to be wowed! I was not wowed by anything in this hotel. Yes it is very nice, but the five star extras don't seem to be there. Room service was actually awful especially for the price. Everything was very clean but once again no "wow" factor. The front desk and other employees were very friendly but were very slow or did not know their stuff. There are other luxury hotels I would recommend in the Houston area over the Four Seasons.

Great time!!!

From the time we arrived to the time we left was 1st rate. Will be back without a doubt. Great location.

Four Seasons: High-end hotel, pricey

This is a top notch hotel with all of the creature comforts. Very comfortable bed. Internet was down for a bit, but they removed the charge without my asking. I was surprised there was no coffee pot in the hotel room, or maybe I didn't look hard enough for it.

Excellent; but not the Four Seasons I expected

The Four Seasons is a beautiful hotel; service is excellent; I especially enjoyed the expansive health and fitness facilities; food was wonderful. This is a pricey place. I expected TOP NOTCH is every aspect. The beds and linens were TOP NOTCH. Other aspects I would rate at 4 Star, which is superior, but I expected 5 Star at a Four Seasons. For the true Four Seasons experience, the rooms need a tad of updating; the granite and plain bath rooms just don't say "Four Seasons". I will stay here again because of convenience to my work location; but I would not choose this hotel for a special weekend. Rather look at the ICON in downtown Houston; it is more special for less money.

I was more than plesantly surprised at the attention from hotel staff working the door to the floor to minute details, comfort and customer satisfaction. Excellent Room and convient location. The money that we paid was more than worth what we received in return. We will certainly return again and again when we are in town.

Loved the room, and the view. Service was excellent. Though they should tell you about parking which is 28.00 per day or you can use the garage across the street in which you still have to pay. I felt that would be somethig included in the room expecially with the price that your paying.

Five Star Accomodations

Everything about our experience was better than we had anticipated as our hotel room was very comfortable and spacious. Hotel amenities and outdoor pool/veranda were excellent. We'd recommend this hotel to anyone who'd like to get away for a relaxing weekend and we'll definitely be back.
