    I really was expected more from an established, famous five star hotel. When I stay at a five star I want to be wowed! I was not wowed by anything in this hotel. Yes it is very nice, but the five star extras don't seem to be there. Room service was actually awful especially for the price. Everything was very clean but once again no "wow" factor. The front desk and other employees were very friendly but were very slow or did not know their stuff. There are other luxury hotels I would recommend in the Houston area over the Four Seasons.

Location. Four Seasons Houston offers a convenient downtown location, 4 blocks from the Toyota Center and a half-mile from the convention center.

Hotel Features. This Houston luxury hotel features a resort-like pool area with oval pool, poolside bar, spa tub, and fire pit. The hotel also has a day spa and a health club. Quattro, the on-site restaurant, serves contemporary Italian cuisine.

Guestrooms. Guestrooms offer signature bedding, flat-panel TVs, MP3 docking stations, wireless Internet access, and marble baths. Bay windows face the city or pool.

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at either check-in or check-out.
