Hard to sleep. . .

We could hear music from the club nearby all night long - the music didn't stop until 5 am. Otherwise nice location, near shopping, restaurants, etc.

GOOD LOCATION, NICE HOTEL

The hotel was very clean and nice. Staff very responsible. Good location

ONE BAD APPLE

Front desk and the rest of the hotel staff were very personable. Only person that was not as courteous is the person who checked us out. Could have been a little friendlier and said thank you for your stay.

Good Value and Good Staff

This hotel was clean and a good value. The breakfast was good but not exceptional. Unfortunately, our room faced the back side of the hotel and we could hear music until 4:00 a.m.

Great hotel, poor neighbors

Great hotel but comfort is marred by noise from loud nightclubs in back. Ask for a room facing the street.

Great location & service

The location of this hotel could not be better! It is in a very safe and clean neighborhood of Santiago... walking distance to all sorts of shopping, dining, and bars. Great service!

Not bad but should be better pricing.

The hotel was over priced for what it is, a 3.5 point hotel in Snatiago, Chile. The next time I will take more time to look and compare.
