RUDE PEOPLE!

WE FOUND THE PEOPLE THAT WORK AT THIS HOTEL TO BE RUDE...NOT ONLY TO US...BUT WE WITNESSED IT WITH OTHERS AS WELL. ALSO, THE AREA HAS NO FAST FOOD...OR ANY FOOD PLACES TO GET A BIT TO EAT...THE RESTURANT IN THE HOTEL HAS EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE...WHEN WE GO BACK TO ROME, WE WILL STAY AT ANOTHER HOTEL!

Satisfied, But in the Dark

The breaker had tripped in our room and we couldn't get the help we needed, at first. The desk employees just thought we didn't know how to work the lights. Also the air conditioning was prematurely shut off in the hotel rooms and our room was rather warm. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay. We wished we were a bit closer to center of Rome, but the employers were helpful in giving directions and Googling maps for us. One female employee, originally from England, was extra helpful, patient and friendly as my brother-in-law, wife and I spent quite awhile trying to understand where we wanted to go on our own walking tour of Rome.

Overall very comfortable. There is a shuttle service that can take you to town or to the Metro which is very convenient. The beds were rather hard, but that was really our only complaint. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Hotel, Location Not Accurate

When we booked this hotel, we needed a basic hotel, close to the Rome FCO airport. It appeared that this hotel was approximately 10 miles from the airport when we booked the hotel, however, it still cost us $45 euro to get to the airport and half hour, without traffic. When we initially researched the hotel on the web site it did not seem so far away from the airport.
