Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 45Good place to stay in Soho
We enjoyed staying in this hotel because it is located in our favorite part of Manhattan and because the rates were very good. We could walk to Washington Square and Union Square and shop in so many interesting areas near the hotel. Our room was small but comfortable.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 3 of 45SoHo surprise
First time staying here. Brand new hotel. Rooms were smallish, as expected, but plenty of room for one person. Furnishings were brand new. Reading some of the other reviews, I was concerned about noise, but my 3rd floor room was extremely quiet. Hotel is in the North West portion of Soho. Actually closer to the West Village(only 2 blocks south of Houston St.) than to the "fashionable" part of SoHo. A block and a half from the Subway. Within a short walk to Tribeca.

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 45Great Location
Close to everything, we walked everywhere. The rooms were small, but that's to be expected in New York city. The workout room was far from "state of the art". But overall, a great hotel with excellent accomodations.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 6 of 45Very modern, clean hotel
Great comfortable bed. Nice touch having free water, newspaper and computer, internet and printer access. Noise level was too much for us as all rooms were close to the elevators, so you heard everyone coming and going, no matter what time of day or night. Very modern. Great bathroom.

Excellent customer service and location. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Problems with the A/C and Hot water intermittently.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 8 of 45Needs Maintenance work
The hotel was in a great spot and the room appeared fine. However we had to change rooms 3 times because of maintenance issues. In the first room the air conditioning was so loud, it was like a drill going into the side of your head. In the second room, when you flushed the toilet it was as if you were being sucked into a giant black hole and the noise was so loud and it lasted for at least 30 seconds. In the final room, only because we left the next day, the nozzle on the shower to regulate water temperature could not be shut off, it just kept going round and round. Obviously, the staff was more than accomodating, since they gave us a new room each time, but these little maintenance things can prove very annoying as can having to pack and move to 3 different rooms for a 2 day stay.

Trip Type: Romance Review 9 of 45Housekeeping?
We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The location was very convenient to Soho and the Village, including many shops and restaurants. The front desk staff were friendly and the room was small but updated. After our first full day in the city we returned to the room to find it was never cleaned by housekeeping staff, and there was no explanation or apology from the front desk. We settled for clean towels and they were kind enough to grant our request for a later check-out the following morning. Overall I'd give the hotel a 'B' rating.

This is a nice newer hotel in good shape and in a great location. Right next to subway and a short walk from anything you need...perfect downtown location for NY vacation. We really enjoyed our stay!

Trip Type: Business Review 15 of 45Clean and modern hotel
The room was small, but I expected that. It had the two double beds we needed and it was extremely clean! Nicely decorated, and the location was very convenient for us - an easy walk to the heart of Soho, and two different subway lines close by to get anywhere else. The price was not out of line for Manhattan - I have paid a lot more for a lot less in the past... Overall a pleasant experience!
