Location was nice...close to the harbor and lots of restaurants. However, inside the room, there was a fan that ran all night and the toilet didn't flush easily. The beds were outstanding..came with a fridge and water & newspaper daily. The Conceiege was outstanding...very helpful in helping us find shops. No spa on site but there was one right across the street. Also, a nice breakfast place and coffee shop right around the block. Did have some charges on my bill that were not mine..must have been made by one of the maids so check closely before you leave.

Hotel needs some attention to maintenance...we have 3 LARGE stains on the carpet in our room, along with peeling paint/wallpaper in our bathroom. Overall the room was clean and comfortable, just not sure it delivered as advertised.

The location of this hotel was perfect. Within walking distance of everywhere we needed to go. The staff were efficient and polite. The lobby was not as updated as a few of the other hotels we stopped in. The rooms were very clean except for some spots on the carpet.

Hotel location was convenient with all surrounding restaurants, shops, etc however there was some sort of ugly dust/dirt ball in the light fixture in the bathroom (room 2034) looked disgusting....the rest of the room looked not too bad for cleanliness, however with the amount you pay per night it's just not worth the cost....This would not be my first choice of hotels I recommend to others'.

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The lobby was lovely and welcoming with coffee and fresh baked cookies upon our arrival. The room was beautiful, well thought out and very clean. The staff: from the front desk personnel to our shuttle driver were all so friendly and helpful. We had a very early flight to catch the next morning. Checkout was a breeze, there was coffee and tea ready to take with us along with a newspaper, and our shuttle driver was waiting for us. This was the 4th hotel we stayed at during our week away and we all agreed we wished we could have taken this hotel and its staff with us on our entire trip. The best of them all. Do not hesistate to book this hotel. You'll love it.
