Nice Place bad pillows, matress covers

Nice hotel conveniently located. The pillows are small and very flat. The matress has a plastic cover on it followed by a mattress cover. Because of the first two the sheets tend to slip off the mattress. I woke up in a tangle of sheets, Did not sleep well because of the plastic sticking to me and the mattress cover crumpled under me. I hope this was an isolated incident. The rest of the hotel is nice enough that I would give them the benefit of the doubt and try it one more time.

College-Town Hotel

My travel usually is to large cities where I have the opportunity to stay in much nicer hotels. This hotel had the air of a lot of use for college football games....dated decorating, well-worn halls. I needed to travel to Ann Arbor for a wedding and it certainly filled the bill for providing a decent night's sleep...no, it's not the Four Seasons, just the Four Points. Enough said.

Great room and accomodations for the money!

The Four Points Ann Arbor was wonderful for the rate I paid. The jacuzzi and sauna are great, beautiful room with nice linens. I didn't use to gym but from what I could see it was modern and up to date. What more could I ask for?

Good place to stay.

The staff are good and help my family meet our needs. Quite place. Nice swimming pool. However, housekeeping needs improvement. The bathroom in my room is not as clean as I expected. I found hairs on the wall that do not belong to any of my family members.

The walls are VERY thin

The room was nice, but the walls are very, very thin. We could hear a couple having a conversation from one wall, and a baby crying all night through the opposite one. If you get placed in a room without others around you, it will be a pleasant stay.
