Location. Located between Sarasota and Fort Meyers, Florida Suncoast Properties offers private homes and villas in and around Port Charlotte, Fla. Pristine beaches meet expansive farmlands in Charlotte County, one of the fastest growing counties in Florida. Fish Cove Adventure Golf, about 15 miles away, overlooks Charlotte Harbor, and offers 36 holes of miniature golf, an arcade and a snack bar all in a tropical setting with caves, reefs and a waterfall. The Cultural Center of Charlotte County is 12 miles away, and features a 418-seat theater with a full schedule of plays, concerts, musical productions and lectures. Features. Bicycles rentals are available to take in the serene natural surroundings. 99 holes of golf are spread about the villa community, and hiking trails meander throughout. Barbecue grills are available for a fee, and there are laundry facilities on site. All homes offer an outdoor pool. Pool heat is available for a fee.

Guestrooms. Each of the three- and four-bedroom villas are individually furnished and decorated, and feature private, screened-in pools. Kitchens include refrigerators, ranges, microwave ovens, and other standard appliances and utensils. CD stereos, DVD players and cable television are provided.

Expert Tip. Port Charlotte is home to the Florida Bat Center, which is dedicated to protecting and preserving the native bat population. The center provides care to orphaned or injured bats, and features exciting and informative exhibits, and a gift shop.
