Did not meet expectations

Even though our room was pleasant it did not look like the photos they showed on Hotels.com. They are very unique and built with all natural materials. The rooms are centered around the lobby, so if there are people relaxing or conversing in this area you will hear everything. They offered horseback riding on the premises but said we can not horseback ride so that was disappointing. It was off season so for us to get a guide to show us around the coffee plantation was extremely difficult. We did finally get shown around and it was very exciting and beautiful. The food was very fresh, and excellent. It is close to the airport and they did offer for $30 pick up service. It was nice for us for a one night stay.
