Great Hotel

Hotel was great, had several dining options. Only downfall was that there was a $100 deposit required and a $12.00 hotel fee that was not explained at all when registering for this hotel. Even with those additional minor inconveniences it wasn't a bad place to say.

Needs Improvement

I recently stayed at the Fiesta Rancho and had a terrible experience out of all my years. When i went to check in they said they wanteda $100 deposit i was like why wasnt that posted on your website then. Then when i went to check out the lady failed to tell me about a handling fee for them to bring a refrigerator to my room that i paid for in cash so they decided to go ahead an charge my card without my consent and had the nerve to say people make mistakes. What kind of business is that the customer is always right and they had no right to charge me because one of their workes messed up especially when i paid for somethin in cash and not by card. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Extra fee's: Watch out!

I stayed one night, I arrived at about 8pm at checkin I was told that I will be charged an additional $11 for a resort fee, what resort!! I had no choice about it. I just needed a place to sleep for the night, I was leaving bright and early in the morning, they didn't care, I was told every must pay! Got to my dirty room, walls so thin that you hear everyone in all the rooms. I setup my laptop to check my email, the internet access didn't work! Took a shower in the tiny tub made for midgets with a shower-head so low that you would have to be 4'5" to get your head wet! I would never stay there again, I don't think you should either!

Would Not Recommend

You have to pay a $100 refundable deposit when you check in, and they charge a per day fee on top of what you pay when you book the room. In addition, my husband had to switch rooms, because the A/C wasn't working. Would not recommend any of the Station Hotels.

Not happy !

Hotel fees as soon as I checked in never mentioned on your website when I booked.. Booked king non smoking, they put me in two bed smoking, I requested a transfer to a king non smoking, they put me in a room that AC was not working properly. I complained two times in the middle of the night as I woke up sweating and hotel personnel checked ac, told me it was just too hot out side and that this ac was not cooling as others do. It was a real bad experience for my girlfriend and I. There are records of my calls and notes of them switching me around. Staff did not take my situation seriously as they would had with a caucasian party !!!

Maintenance is starting to slip.

We stayed here before because it is walking distance to North Las Vegas Airport. This time things are slipping. Small things that make a difference. One bar of soap. Very small. Not enough towels. Only one plastic cup. Ice machine on our floor did not work. Sink stopped up. We were charged an additional 13 dollars per day for telephone, a book of discounts and WiFi. The check in person said it was mandatory. That's an extra forty bucks. The WiFi did not work, and I had to walk to the Airport to check my accounts. The discount book was out dated but the receptionist said try it anyway. Some people may accept it. When we checked in, one young teenage black kid that looked like a gang banger ran past us through the door and into the room hallways. He had a credit card type key and was trying it in all the doors. We will upgrade next trip.

We Love It!

For the rates the hotle offers the room are great. We like it because it's about 10mins from the Strip. It was the first hotel my boyfriend and I got together for our 1st anniverisary. We stayed there a week and the front desk and cleaning staff were GREAT. I was taken back by how nice the cleaning ladies were; everytime they saw us they asked us how we were and if we need anything to just ask them. Now we stay at the Fiesta everytime we are in Vegas, just because of the service.

Great room for the money. Only problem... they don't supply conditioner so bring your own.

Great Room for the Price

We enjoyed our stay. The Fee of 10.95 a day should have been included in the price and also everyone needs to know that a $100 refundable deposit is put onto your card until you check out. Other wise we enjoyed our stay and the staff greated you when passing in the hotel.

O.K for the money

The room was not what I expected. There were holes in the walls of the bathroom and it had a weird smell. But the only redeeming quality was that the service was superior, from the front desk to the maid service. It was okay for the money!
