Need Improvements

The hotel seemed too familiar to an old motel 8. For the price that was paid it should have looked more like a five star. The parking lot needs some landscaping work. The swimming pool was dirty and it had a pile of dirt in the center underneath the water. The restroom tubs seemed to need replacing. The wireless internet did not working in our room. I called the help desk and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. I hang up and they never retuned my call. Their business center was never available due to the amount of people using it. Based on the description of amenity that was posted by hotel.com, breakfast was included. Big NO!
