    This hotel is new and the condition of the interior and exterior is very clean, very modern, and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and incredibly prompt. If you need a taxi, there is one waiting at the door for you. The onsite restaurant is very good, great service. Although this hotel is a short distance away from downtown, you can avoid the crowds and noise. The view from the rooftop pool and deck area, including the exercise room, is incredible. The underground parking is fairly secure and very clean. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Monterrey.
