    As first time visitors to Acapulco, but second time visitors to Mexico, our experience with this hotel was beyond our expectations. The room was always clean, the staff friendly, helpful, and bilingual. Requests were more than adequately addressed. The kitchen even prepared the fish caught by our group and served it with veggies and rice! We were able to hear the disco from our room at night but it was not loud and easily masked by the soft fan of the air conditioner. The only night that the noise bothered us was the last and that was only because of the holiday we happened to experience with our schedule. I expressed to the staff how pleased we were with all the service and amenities and told them we will definitely be back! The view was great and the ambiance was delightful.

Location. The Fiesta Americana Villas Acapulco overlooks southern Condesa Beach in Acapulco, Mexico. The Convention Center hosts the Mexican Fiesta show and is located one kilometer from this property. CICI water park and marine-life performances is positioned two kilometers away.

Hotel Features. Surrounded by massive boulders, the hotel grounds are threaded with staircases that lead down to a palm-studded beach. An open-air lobby features marble-and-brick floors and a fountain pool. This seaside resort offers dining at Chulavista, an open-air restaurant that features panoramic views of the bay. The lobby lounge hosts live music on weekends and offers pool and air hockey tables. La Crespolina serves buffet and à la carte dinners while the Maima serves meat and seafood specialties. A business center includes computers equipped with high-speed Internet access. Wireless Internet access is available in public areas for a fee. Recreational amenities include two outdoor pools and complimentary use of a health club located at a partner property. Independent operators located at the beach rent snorkeling gear, personal watercraft and motor boats. The resort can arrange aquatic tours, including glass-bottom boat rides and parasailing adventures.

Guestrooms. The Fiesta Americana Villas Acapulco offers 500 air-conditioned guestrooms housed within a 20-story building. Acapulco Bay-view balconies are furnished with chairs and cocktail tables. Accommodations feature marble bathrooms. High-speed Internet access is available for a fee. Guestrooms include cable television and CD players. Select rooms include kitchenettes or provide coffeemakers, toasters and minibars. Rooms are offered under the European Plan.
