Great Hotel

Love this hotel. Been to mty a couple of times and hads dow this is the best one i've been to. Centralized. Walking distace to Barrio Antiguo, Macro Plaza, and Paseo Santa Lucia. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect Hotel for an amazing weekend

Its a great hotel with a very friendly staff and its walking distance to all that Monterey has to offer. I highly reccomend

Best location

This is the best location if you plan to explore downtown. Ask for a room with view to the mountains.

Outstanding value!

The Fiesta Americana Centro in Monterrey,(Nuevo Leon) Mexico exceeded all my expectations! The service was top notch, the hotel was spotless, the rooms were large and it's located close to great restaurants ( directly across from "The Louisiania" which was wonderful!)and close to many shops and cantina's. Also in the immediate area is a hiking trail on mount Chipinque that offers stunning views of the city!! Monterrey is one of Mexico's most cosmopolitan cities and can be enjoyed by all age groups and The Fiesta Americano Centro is a wonderful and reasonably priced base to begin your Mexican adventure!

Needs Improvement

Great location, walking distance to "Morelos" shopping district. Visit Monterrey on a regular basis, felt the hotel room needs improvement. Living area is outdated and unpleasant. Bedroom area is nicer. Huge room, but needs to be updated. Not first choice for future visit.

Surprise

We stayed at the Fiesta Americana Hotel in Monterrey, Mexico. We thought it would be a good place to get some sleep for a couple of days but we were totally unprepared for the genuine friendliness of the staff, the elegance of the hotel, the speed of the elevators (Hey, thats important!) and the best dining experience we've had in years. We don't speak Spanish, not all of the staff speak English or French but that did not stop them from communicating with us. Darn, we had a good time!
