Outstanding Hotel

I loved having the free shuttle service between the airport and the hotel, and then to and from nearby training. There were very coordinated hourly shuttle times for services within a several mile radius and the drivers were great. The front desk service and attitude was excellent and the room was exactly as advertised. There was a little more noise from the hallway than I usually have, but I had requested the 1st floor, so I don't know if that made a difference.

A bit pricey but not bad

I did enjoy staying at this hotel. Although i found it a bit pricey, it was clean, simple and had no problems. I did like the complimentary breakfast. It makes it extremely helpful especially when you dont know exactly where you are going that day.

Great room for the money.

Conviently Located

The Fairfield met Marriott standards quite well. We were sandwiches between Burger King and IHOP, with a great steakhouse across the street. The light rail ran right past and we used it several times to go to the convention center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only with was that the beds were a little softer. Overall- we would definitely go back.

Great Times in Pheonix

My girlfriends and I had a great time The hotel was hassle free and the breakfast was great...And there is an IHOP next door for all the other meals...

Outstanding hotel with great service and very clean and comfortable rooms. Would stay at this hotel again.

Had to change rooms

Staff was very helpful in changing room. First room had a mysterious oder, but second room was very comfortable.

Great price and great service!

I spoke to Jasmine at the front desk for about a half an hour, just chit chatting! She was great!! They were all super! The fitness room could use an updated treadmill!! But the room was clean. I have 2 daughters and we LOVED the fact that their shampoo and conditioner was PANTENE!!! It's close to the Heard Museum, and it was nice just hanging out in the heated pool. The hours of the pool are 6am-11pm, which is AWESOME! We are staying here on our next trip to Phoenix! Thanks to your staff! The continental breakfast was GREAT!!!

Excellent location, great bargain!

I wanted a hotel midway between a church service we were attending and my in laws home in Mesa, and one near the freeway. This hotel was a few blocks from the fwy, there was an IHOP next door, Shlotzky's Deli and two other restaurants across the street, and a Spaghetti Factory just down the street. The electric rail cars ran up and down the street on a regular basis. Also down the street were museums and a drug store. I would definitely stay here again. Clean room, nice bed linens, QUIET area, just outside the heart of Phoenix. Staff were very polite as well. Along with the continental breakfast (I only got coffee on Monday a.m.) they have a little convenience store by reception where you can get snacks and some frozen foods that you can heat in the microwave in the room. Refrigerator in the room is convenient, too!

Average

For a Marriot property, I was suprised by its poor location. Our room overlooked Burger King. The pool was not a place I would want to spend much time at. The room was average. The hotel is well located for access to the convention center. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Good hotel

Good location close to the METRO and museums, good service, breakfast buffet. The only thing that needs improvement is the fitness facility. Many similar hotels of the same category have free weights and a few more machine. If I go back I will chose this hotel again.
