Could be better

1. Didn't get all of the TV channels as advertised 2. Pillows were very uncomfortable (flat) 3. Coffee maker was not cleaned. Had used pod in it and only one coffee cup.

berserk in room next door

We were awakened by blood curdling screams and serious yelling at around 1 a.m. , so called the front desk and nothing was done. Never again.

Outstanding Hotel

This is a great place. Clean, staff friendly, helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs. The pool is wonderful and the food at the pool was better than expected for pool side meals. Mixes ages, families, retirees and singles. Will be going back soon.

Great hotel - good value!

This is a new hotel so the room was very nice. They are next to a sister hotel and between the two, we couldn't have asked for better service. They both served a continental breakfast and the suites had a little more hot food if you were in the mood for something a little more substantial. You had to walk next door to the sister hotel(across the pool patio) to get the shuttle to the area attractions and there was a charge (I believe $8 per person) for the attractions that were farther away. If you are planning on Disney or Universal Studios, I would suggest a hotel a little closer to these attractions but, if you are concentrating on Aquatica, Seaworld or Discovery Cove, the shuttle is free. There is also a trolley that you can pick up at the end of the driveway that takes you all along International Drive for $1.25 a person (per ride). We ended up renting a car so we could go to Kissimee and to the beach and, if you consider that it is a minimum of $36 one way from the airport and back, it probably is well worth the cost of renting one from the start. Everyone was very friendly and helpful at both hotels. The only problem we encountered was the first day when we returned to our room in the evening, it had not been cleaned. No one could really say what had happened but within 1/2 hour they had someone come up and take care of it. Hope this is helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel if you are visiting the SeaWorld area / attractions.

AMAZINGGGGG :D

This hotel is right in front of seaworld, 6 miles from islands & universal and only 8 miles from downtown disney. It was really amazing. The room was gorgeous and the bed was comfortable. I would definatley stay here again.

Nice Stay...

It was a nice stay, a normal size hotel room. The beds were nice and cozy, the breakfast was decent, all in all, a nice stay for a 2 night vacation. The kids loved the spash pool, and I was greatful for a not so deep area the little one could play in. Some of the prices for drinks and snacks were a little high, but that's nothing new in Orlando, so I liked it, and I would probably go back again one day. In fact I am planning another trip soon so I just might...

Great value

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are in mint condition, the service is excellent. The complimentary breakfast is super, the pool is nice, the surroundings including the parking lot are very well maintained. I can recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay, for a very acceptable price.

What a Bargain!!

Got a great deal on this brand new hotel and was very satisfied. Will definitely stay there again!

Great Hotel but beware

This hotel was really beautiful and so close to Sea World. The room was fantastic and very clean. However, our vehicle was broken in to while parked in their lot under a light in the parking lot! The window was busted out and our electronics stolen. While the staff was very helpful with the clean-up and helped us with our police report, they do not have security cameras in the parking and this is Orlando! The security they do have is a guy driving between the two properties in a vehicle. Too much area for one guy to cover. They need cameras.

Convenient to Sea World and Aquatica Free Shuttle Offer Next Door...

This hotel is brand new with OK decoration, nothing that would “WOW” your mind, but basic clean. The standard rooms were quite small with no fridge in them. Hotel had a very small fitness center and game room area, with not so spacious elevators. However, this hotel shared an attractive kid’s friendly pool area with Springhill’s Suite, also a next door Marriott Hotel. Fairfield offered free basic continental breakfast. And since it shared almost everything with Springhill Suite, your card will also work next door for all; including eating Springhill’s Suite better breakfast…
