Great Room & View!

Wonderful room and had a view from our room of the river behind. The grounds were well kept and over all was very clean. Staff was extra helpfull and very friendly.

Wireless Issues

I have stayed at this hotel twice, and have had significant problems with their wireless system provided by ZeNet. I worked with the ZeNet help desk, as well as talking with my Corporate Network Administrator, and could never get acceptable service. The overall hotel is great, but I can't go without wireless . . .

Very Friendly Staff

I was very pleased with this hotel. Everything was first rate. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond when I called down to ask if they had any pain reliever, the Front Desk Attendant offered me her own. Saved me from a sleepless night. I definitely recommend this place.

Just a great hotel

There's really nothing to say, this hotel is comfortable, nice, clean, and the staff is very helpful.

CLEAN, CONVINENT. STAFF EXCELLENT. WILL STAY AGAIN NEXT YEAR OR ANYTIME WHEN IN LAFAYETTE. JUST WISH THEY WOULD HAVE HAD MORE SUITES AVAILIABLE

Super Jotel

We loved everything about the hotel. The employees were all so nice and helpful. The bed was so comfortable. We loved the pillows-we actually wanted to take them home with us. The room was very nice and clean. The air conditioner was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and we will definately come back whenever we are in the Lafayette area. The rates were very reasonable for the exceptional accommodations.

Clean, comfortable, but thin walls

This hotel was clean and comfortable, but the walls were very thin. We could hear our neighbors very clearly, and they were not being particularly loud--they were just up very very late, and therefore so was I.

The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The only problem with the hotel is that the walls are paper thin and it feels somewhat like a fire trap. I won't be booking there again.

Great Hotel

We were in town for Mardi Gras, and booked our hotel at the last minute. This hotel was the nicest place to stay, the rooms were nice and the staff were really friendly. The location was great as well. I would recommend to anyone. The breakfast was a plus too!!!

Excellent Weekend

We are living in our motorhome due to hurricane Ike and wanted a weekend away to celebrate our 24th anniversary, and the Hotel far exceded our expectations. The suite was exceptional and the service outstanding. The hotel was the perfect choice.
