Very good service

Staff always helpful with any needs/questions. Very good quick breakfast items. Very clean hotel.

Great Hotel

Great price with all the luxuries of nearby "fancy" hotels. Shuttle service to Grapevine destinations. All rooms are non-smoking so no chance of getting a room that smells like smoke.

Escape Weekend

My husband and I decided we needed to have time away from home (Daughter and grandkids live with us). This hotel has a great location, easy to get to, close to the Grapevine Mall, Theatre, Bass Pro Shop and their staff was very friendly.

Good hotel, but could use some air freshner.

Overall it was a good hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant but the hallway odor was not what was expected. It smelled like wet dog or body odor. The rooms did not have that smell so it could have been that they recently shampooed the carpets and it left that smell. The lobby did not have that smell either so it was confined to the hallways. Either way I would stay there again if need be.

Great Hotel

The Hotel itself was great but the location was slightly inconvient since it was across the highway from where we were shopping and there was some road construction but this inconvience was fairly minor.

Good hotel

We had a standard king room and we found it to be a bit too small. The TV remote didn't work, but over-all we had a very good experience with the hotel. It was pretty easy to travel between the hotel and the Grapevine Mills Outlet Mall.

Another Satisfied Customer

The Fairfield was very nice and conveinient to the Gaylord Resort for a conference we were having there. I would reccommend it to anyone wanting to save money and willing to be offsite for any events at the Gaylord Texan.

very nice

The hotel was very nice and close to shopping and restaurants. The bathroom was the largest I've ever seen . Breakfast was great and was more than just a bagel and cream cheese.

outstanding everything

That continental breakfast was excellent, it was much more than any full breakfast meal I ever had. Great service and very clean hotel.

Great room and Service

This hotel was very clean. The staff at this hotel was superb. I was in town for a convention and the shuttle drove me anywhere I wanted to go within a five mile radius of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel in you are ever in Grapevine, TX.
