Will definitely stay again

We have stayed at another Fairfield Inn and loved that experience so we stayed here again. The beds are comfortable and the service is great. I will stay here any time.

Great Room for the Price

I recently stayed in Akron for a business trip, and chose this hotel for the price. After arriving, and receiving OUTSTANDING customer service, I would return again for the service and room. Excellent choice. Very close to a variety of restaurants, downtown and department stores for the items that I forgot!

Too much money for the room

First of all I did request two queen size bed in the room,and even I was told over the phone that double/double means queen size when I checked in I got to full size bed and the receptionist sad they don't have any queen size in the whole hotel. I will never choose this hotel again.Too expensive....

Great value with breakfast

Staff was polite,and with a nice breakfast, made it a good price, only problem had a little difficulty surfing the channels on tv, could be type of cable company.

outstanding hotel

The hotel exercise room was great, up to date equipment! Also the breakfast in the morning was fresh and hot!

$100 for WHAT!?

Ok - So! I have stayed at other Fairfields and had better service - first - they put $100 on my card and never took it off until i had to call and complain to a few different managers. The bed was about all that was worth it. The breakfest was about as good as a days inn. overall - Stay somewhere else in the area. I will not return. SORRY

Inn vs Suite

If you stay in an "inn" room you do not have a refrigerator, microwave or table with chairs at which to sit. We wanted to have some snacks with friends before we went out and had to serve them on a towel placed on the bed so that everyone had a place to sit and could reach them. I was informed that this is a change in Fairfield accommodation so that people will upgrade to a suite.

Nice,Clean Room

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was. Very clean and unblemished. The lobby and corridors were also very clean. It was a great location for us to go to the Carousel Dinner Theatre.

Express check out policy

It needs to be posted that if you leave no personal belongings in the room that it will be assumed you have checked out. This happened to me at this hotel. When I returned at 2:13 am, I had no room and the hotel was full. Although I had a 2-night confirmation, I didn't leave enough personal items in the room to indicate that I would be returning. They assumed I left, express checked me out, and left me with no place to stay in the middle of the night. I was told this was a normal procedure and policy. Other than this major inconvenience, it really is a nice facility. I've stayed there before and will again.
