Needs Improvement

As I walked in the first time to the lobby, I noticed that the smell of the carpet deodorizer was overwhelming which reminded me of the restroom deodorizer. The night clerk did not look professional but the morning clerk was very helpful and courteous.

Nice Room

We stayed in four different hotels on our trip to Santa Fe and this room was probably the best for our money. It was the last room we stayed in, but had we stayed in it sooner we probably would have only stayed at this hotel. My only complaint would be that the hotel didn't have an elevator and we had a lot of stuff to take up to our room.

Great room for the money. Pool was in the process of being re-done but staff directed us to a nearby Rec Center with indoor pool & rec activities. Upon return to the Hotel, we were re-imbursed for the Rec Center fees. Way to go Fairfield Inn. The hot Breakfast Bar was also a great addition with plenty of refreshing choices. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Hotel was acceptable considering I was only staying one night, but would not recommend it for extended stays. Hotel was lacking in quality compared to equivilant priced chains.

Great experience!

The service was fantastic! All the people at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice sized and comfortable, and clean. The only thing that needed improvement was a light fixture that was missing in the bathroom and the light bulb was exposed and the bathroom fan was very loud.

NEVER AGAIN

Very noisey, paper thin walls and ceiling. Poor plumbing fixtures.

Great Stay

Easy access on major highway. The hotel and lobby were clean, close to eating places and were convenient to downtown and surrounding area. Staff was friendly and helpful! Would stay again and recommend to others.
