Front desk was nice and helpful. Room was fine, a little outdated but bed was comfortable. Barely any counter space for makeup. Shower was low for someone over 5'6". Breakfast was decent for complimentary.

It was affordable and I see why. It felt not much different than a cheap hotel which surprised me. The caulking in the shower was gross. The only difference between it and a motel 6 was that there was not one of those cheap hotel bedspreads. Overall, not very nice.

We checked in late (around 1:30am), and they had everything ready to go for us. No paper work to sign, just gave them our last name and they handed us the key. Great service!

Our family had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was terrific. I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is not nearly as nice as the photos make it look. Also, when we turned down the bed, there was a blood stain on the sheet! (The front desk did bring us clean sheets right away and apologized profusely.) This place really needs to be remodled.

The bathroom was falling apart, literally. The soap dish fell off, the wallpaper was falling off, there was rust on any metal in there. The beds were comfortable and the location convenient to where we needed to be. The front desk staff was also pretty helpful. We decided to pay the higher price because we wanted to make sure we got a really good night sleep and were disappointed and felt it was a waste of money. I have stayed in other hotels by this brand and this was far worse quality than some lower brand hotels I have stayed in.
