Good breakfast

The free breakfast was actually quite good with a hot waffle maker & Starbucks coffee.

Comfy Beds

Although not in the best area, this hotel was just beyond the off ramp and about 40 minutes from Boston Garden. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy.

Pleasantly Surprised

Recently redecorated with modern colors and accents. Clean, affordable, nice ammenities for a modestly priced hotel (snacks and frozens for sale in the lobby), and very comfortable. Front desk staff was great.

Overall a good value and night's rest

Desk Clerk was really nice and offered great suggestions for dining. Recent renovations were well done and the room was very nice and really comfotable. Great pillows, and soft bed linens. Conveniently located at the crossroads of major highways both state and interstate. The only drawback is the neighborhood which is very commercial and somewhat tired for Massachusetts.

Great room for the money

The hotel was very quiet - did not hear road noise or guest noise. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very helpful. Would recommend this hotel for one or two night stay.

Poor Customer Service

I checked into the hotel and were "helped" by someone who repeatedly fumbled through the admission process while apologizing because he hadn't used the system before. At the time I thought nothing of it. Later in the evening my wife and I were joined in our room by another guest. An uninvited guest! The staff had given this person a key to my room....at 2 am! I went to the desk at that time and got a meek "sorry". At this point I was over it plus I was tired. When I replied that I didn't enjoy my stay when I checked out the woman at the desk cut me off (she obviously knew what happened before I said it and was ready to not mention it) and then she gave her reply... The computer made an error due to the fact they recently moved the CPU. "moving the wires around has really screwed the computer up"...I am not a software engineer but that was the most ridiculous excuse I'd ever heard. A note from the manager under my door. A copy of the day's paper. A coupon to the dunkin donuts next door...I could think of a million better ways to deal with the fact that they let a stranger into my room at 2am. What if my wife had been traveling alone...
