Better than expected

I have stayed at this chain and others like it in the past. The room was larger than expected and had a couch, recliner, "breakfast bar", and I went with the King bed. The TV swiveled so I could watch it from any location. Wifi was available and was a very small rate for the week. The location is great. There is a Walmart across the street so you can go shopping and bring back provisions. There is also a 24hr McDonald's, a Burger King, and several other sit down restaurants close by. The highways are close by - I was in town looking at real estate so I needed to access all areas of Orlando - so getting around was easy. Very comfortable and the price I got through Hotels.com was actually better than a couple people I spoke to while having a smoke outside.

good for the money

this hotel was very nice and the staff was very helpful, the first room we got the door wouldn't lock and they were very nice about getting us another room. spacious which was helpful since i had a 3 yr with me.

Great Hotel!

This hotel was a great stay, and very convenient to all of Orlando's biggest attractions. It only took me around 15 minutes -with traffic- to reach Disney World property. The kitchenette made it convenient to have eat and not to pay an arm and a leg for food. There was a Wal-mart super center, many places to eat, and whole bunch of other conveniences right across the street. It was also nice to be able to watch a movie with the in-room dvd player! I look forward to my next visit to Orlando, where I will absolutely be staying at this hotel again!

great deal

A friend and I stayed at this hotel overnight while in Orlando for a short and spontaneous "getaway." We weren't looking to spend a lot, but we didn't want to stay in some dump or a motel. This hotel exceeded our expectations and for a great deal. Check in and check out was fast and simple and the lady at the desk was very pleasant and friendly. The room seemed a bit small, but it did contain a kitchen area, including full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, stove, and even a dishwasher. We had forgotten shampoo and toothpaste, but were relieved when we found out you can request complimentary sample-sized products from the front desk. My only complaint was that the bed was a bit harder than my liking.

My room was smaller than the actual photos shown on the website to view my room. The front desk clerk on the second shift was rude. On the last stay of my visit me and my family wanted to go swimming so went to the pool and maybe about 8:30 the security guard comes and closes the gate. Last but not least, in the kitchen of my room once I came back that afternoon ants was all over my fruit that I left on the table.

Better than I expected!

The hotel and staff were excellent. I only had one simple issue with the ac, but the maintenance dept addressed it within minutes. The room was very clean and more than satisfactory for my needs. I've stayed in many hotels in that area and this one has been the best by far. I would recommend this hotel to "MOM".

Needs Improvement

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. I tried to watch a little TV and a warning came across the channels one at a time " your card is about to expire" please call 1-800-xxx-xxxx. There was no seal on the door so adding to the lack of comfort of the room was the hall light shining into the door.

very good for the money

if you are looking to spend less money and still get basic commodities, this hotel is the one for you. room was overall clean, not so much around the corners. the elevator did not work for five days i stayed there, stairs was the choice.

Overall the room was nice, smelled a little funny but, nothing repulsive. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
