Needs Improvement

Towels were stained, luckily there were more. Non smoking rooms had strong odor of cigarrette smoke.Mattress needs to be changed.

Worst hotel stay of my life!!!!!!

I have to say the guest service at this location was the worst at check in!! Check out in the morning was better but I still had a sour taste in my mouth from the night before.

We were very pleased with the hotel and the staff was very friendly and pleasant. The security was very comforting. The next time we visit Fort Worth, we will definately stay there. Excellent for the money!

Needs to workout some kinks

This hotel was what I was looking for in terms of having a kitchen with a stove and refridgerator, and internet access. Some of the issues I had was there was hair on the wall from some other person and the same hair in the extra sheets they had in the closet. The bath tub had some marks on it that made it look unclean. I specifically stayed at this hotel because it also had a workout room, but the workout room was closed the entire week I was their for repairs. On top of all of this I was only able to connect to the internet twice the entire week. It was okay but they need to work out the kinks and stay on top of the cleaning.

great hotel for the money

this hotel was a wonderful experiece after doing other online hotel and not getting what I expected. It was rated properly and the staff stood up to what was promised for the money. If you are low maintenance and need a clean and comfortable room, this is the hotel for you.

Needs Improvement

Room was not very clean, cleaning staff started knocking on our door at 8 am and two more times before 930 am. Left personal item in room after check out, called front desk about 15 minutes after I checked out the found the item and said that they would leave it at front desk. When I went to retrieve the item from the hotel it could not be found. A couple days later I contacted the manager who herself had seen the item, she told me to wait a couple weeks to see if they could find it. I waited it did not show up, she had me fax my receipt for the item because she was going to reimburse me for the item. The promised Reimbursement was never made.
