Great room for the money

Pros: has a small kitchenette for cooking, quiet, comfortable bed, internet access (for a fee), right next to Tacoma mall. Cons: no fan in bathroom.

Great for the money and location

We wanted something within a reasonable cab ride to Tacoma dome-and it was. There was a nice brew pub across the street at the Tacoma Mall. The staff was really nice, the room was clean and appeared to have a new floor in kitchen and bathroom. My one complaint was that the bed was very hard and became uncomfortable the more I slept. I would recommend this hotel as long as you are prepaired for the hard bed.

Good for the price

Nothing out of the ordinary with this hotel. The full kitchen was nice and would be useful on long stays but we were only there for a night. The room was clean and everything was in order. Also, there was no hassle having our dog, just an additional charge to the room rate.

Great Value

We have stayed at this hotel frequently over the past several years and expect we will continue to do so in the future. The managers and staff have been consistently professional and accommodating. Further, they give our (well trained) golden retriever a warm welcome. Housekeeping is not provided on a daily basis. However, guests are invited to bring used towels to the front desk to exchange them for clean ones, request a fresh packet of coffee for the in-room coffeemaker and so on. We find it actually more convenient to not have to "pick up" and pack away personal items everyday because a housekeeper is coming into the room.

Can't beat the price

IT'S A GREAT PRICE FOR THE ROOM. MY ROOM WAS CLEAN AND HAD A KITCHENETTE. THERE IS NO MAID SERVICE BUT I WAS ONLY THERE FOR 1 NIGHT SO IT WAS NOT NEEDED.

Dirty Room

My bathroom was not clean. There were hairs left over from the last person. After further inspection of the room it was the same all over.
