Not so clean

Refrigerator was dirty, spilled juice in the bottom. Sink drain was dirty and strainer was broken. Hotel overal needed a good scrubbing - not consistent with other Extended Stay Properties.

needs maintence

It has a two eyed stovetop range. one didn't work, the other has one degee setting-hot!!

Needs a complete renovation!!

I have stayed here many time in the past when it was a newer place. Received my room key and walked into the room. Room had been trashed and never cleaned. I almost vomited from the smell of un-flushed crap in the toilet and garbage all over the room. Clerk upgrade my room for the trouble. Next room had the worst bed Ive have ever slept on in my life and I was in the Army. What happened to this place?

Nice room for the money

No fan in the bathroom. Other than that it was a nice stay for the price.

Needs more comfortable beds.

The location wasn't bad, pretty close to the Tacoma Dome & Glass Museum. No really close restaurants. The rooms were fairly roomy, nice little kitchen area, however the problem was the beds. They were very hard, inexpensive mattresses that squeaked loudly every time you moved. That was pretty annoying, especially when trying to hear the TV. Pillows were great though! Price was ok for the room.

Convenient location but no thanks!

Desk clerk was very friendly. She cheerfully got us clean linens when we pulled ours back and found they had already been slept in. There was hair all over the pillow cases and the sheets. They were wrinkled, obvious that someone was sleeping in this bed! We pulled back the nightstand to use the outlet and found a cute little kids key chain and a pile of toe nails and dry skin.
