Decent for the price

The hotel is conveniently located just behind two fairly large shopping centers, so everything from fast food to a pet store are walking distance away. The room itself is basic, but comfortable enough. Extra-firm mattress, smaller TV than I have at home, and unless you like Showtime or ESPN, not much to watch. Maid service is spotty at best. The standard of service is once a week, however there seems to be a chronic shortage of maids so unless you specifically request service at the front desk, you are likely to get skipped. That still doesn't explain how medium length black hairs ended up on my bathroom wall, ceiling and in the microwave.

Easy Access

Hotel was great and clean, but the ac did not work and the stove was not working. All got ixed once I reported the situation, but I was satiied overall stay.

Great room for the money

Great room for the price, great location in a good neighborhood. Next to I-10 which is very convenient, very satisfied!!

Not completely happy

cockroaches in bathroom last day there. In the evenings never anybody behind front desk,Ididn't feel safe returning at night and not seeing somebody watching me coming in. I was traveling as a female by myself. It was 106 degrees the day of check in and room took forever to cool down.

Great hotel for the money.

Clean, everything worked, large fridge, microwave, good TV, great location and neighborhood. Second time I've stayed and would stay again.

Great room for the money

The room was clean and air conditioned. What more do you really need in Arizona in July? The kitchen was useful. The bed was comfortable. It was a great deal for the money.

Great Location

Hotel situated in a nice area near a shopping center with movie theatre sushi spot and more. Great price, good service. No complaints.

Good deal

The price was reasonable and it was in a convenient location given the places we wanted to go (Phoenix, ASU/Tempe). No pool at this location.
