great location, beds however...

Great location , right off the freeway close to airport and many places to go eat. Beds however where very unconfortable. Too bad. Is's a nice Hotel for the money.

great deal

My wife and I used this hotel on our recent trip to Phoenix it was wonderfully located and a great price. Parking was a bit lack so we had to park away from our room a bit but overall we felt it was a great deal for the money we will use it again for sure.

My stay in Phoenix was amazing! The Extended Stay experience was phonomenal! I would diffinitely stay here again.

Outstanding Hotel

this place exceeded my epectations and I was more then pleased not to mention the price.. The hotel offer a full kitchen with full size Refridge, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker not to mention it had all the dishes one would need.. Outstanding place and I will stay there when ever I am near one of their hotels..

Okay for the money

I stayed here by mistake, thinking it was a different chain. One other time I stayed at this brand hotel and left because it was so dirty, noisy and lots of activity in the parking lot which made me uneasy. This one is newer, cleaner and in a better neighborhood so it was okay for 1 night.

needs improvement

It was clean and the bed was great, but everything else was bad. It just seem run down.
