Needs Improvement

I understand that this is an extended stay hotel, but was VERY disappointed in the lack of any standard toiletries such as shampoo.

Good rooms, decent location, bad serive

1. Hotel and rooms were clean. 2. Close to airport, multiple places to eat within walking distance. 3. Staff was courteous in talking only but never followed up on what they said. For example, I need the trash bag to be clean in the room. I asked them to do it many times. Everyone on the hotel counter would agree that it will be done soon. But no one did it for 2 days and than I had to do it myself. Overall, just ok for what I paid, but I would prefer not to stay here if I go again to Palm Spring.

I stayed here overnight before catching a plane out of Palm Springs. PROS: -Friendly/Helpful Staff, easy check-in -Because they were not fully booked and I was Military they gave me a free room upgrade. -Comfy bed CONS: - Not much within walking distance besides a Del Taco and a gas station. -No hotel shuttle, cab ride costs about $9 -I needed to take down some information from a phone call and there was no pad of paper or pen in the room. Had to go to the front desk to get it. -Small blurry T.V. OVERALL: Good stay, nothing fancy by any means but did the job

Very convenient to have a little kichenet

Loved the fact there was a full kitchen with a fridge, toaster, microwave, stove top, a pot and pan. Don't need to throw away leftovers. Can make very simple meals. It even has a self-served laundromat onsite. It was clean.

just O.K.

the hotel was hard to find and in the hall ways it smelled like smoke. the bed was hard and the air conditioner didne work very well. over all our stay was ok it was nice, and it would have been better if we were actually going to stay there for a period of time... we only stayed one night and went home.

Very Sub-Par

This property and it's overall quality is extremely sub-par to other similar hotel options. Very few creature comforts and extremely utilitarian room furnishings (cheap pillows, very small T.V., office lighting, no shampoo, coffee, etc)!! Think twice before booking this one...maybe only if you can get a "fire-sale" discount.
