responsive staff

My room had an unusual odor, not unbearable but there... I casually mentioned it to the desk staff and she immediately, without any questions, appologized and got me a new room, as I walked through the lobby! The room was slightly "worn" needing a new bedspread and an upgraded TV. But over all a very good stay!

great location

This wasnt a bad hotel. If you need maid service every day then your better off going elsewhere but I dont like maids in my room when Im not there so it worked for me. Universal Studios is right down the street. Its a little bit of a walk and Kirkman Road is a busy street but there is an intersection with traffic lights so its not impossible to cross. Overall for the convenience to I-Drive and universal studios its definitly worth it.

I highly recommended it

Folks, this is a deal. Whether you're staying for a day or a month this hotel would be a great choice. The rooms are clean, well kept and the beds are very comfortable. Don't expect breakfast only some coffee in the a.m. The average person would find it very accommodating. It's close to Universal and I Drive. I had a pleasurable stay. Have fun.

I love it!!

I was not expecting much, but the hotel is great. My room was clean everything work fine, it's a great location for universal studios, the kitchen is great too did not use it because i only stayed for one day. But i would recommend this hotel to anyone. In fact, when my boyfriend and i left i had forgot something in the room, and when we went back to go get it the manager had left for the day and he is the only one who has the key.So i gave the girl my information and she told me that they would send it to me by mail. Two days later UPS was knocking at my door.. Im telling you stay at this hotel, the service there is really nice and the rooms are good and the price for your room you really can't beat!! ;)

Good Hotel - Low price and convenient

We stayed here for 2 nights, just to visit the parks and the hotel was good. The room seemed a little bit outdated but it was clean and very close to the sites we were visting. I would stay here again. If you are looking for a nicer looking room in that area try the Doubletree but if you just need a clean room sleep after a long day at the park just go for this one.

Great for the money!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for a quick overnight and were very impressed with the overall quality and cleanliness of the room, as well as the friendliness of the staff. We were warmly welcomed at the front desk and both women were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and the mini kitchen was a nice bonus, although we had no reason to use it. The hotel was also within walking distance to Universal and Citywalk (or otherwise a cheap cab fare). We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Orlando and would recommend for an overnight or, more appropriately, an "extended stay"!

Great room for the money

My husband and I stayed in this hotel and we loved! Always clean, friendly staff and great location. And we love having a kitchen.And it just felt like home. We will definately stay here again.

We will be back

hotel was in a great location and the price was fantastic, pillows could be better and towels could be thicker but for people that spent day and night at the parks it was perfect. Having a kitchen is helpful, room was clean and staff was super. We will be back for sure!

A lot of bang for your buck!

The hotel was clean, with minimum overhaul or maintenance required outside of the rooms. The rooms were excellent, location was superb (distance from Universal) and the staff was very helpful and cooperative. TV sets on the room are very old and outdated but we did not spent too much time in the room so it was not an issue. This was a Dad and daughter trip I will remember forever.
