Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 16Great room for the money
the hotel room is neat and good, the service was good. but they should have kept some neat and good kitchen ware. the room has old kitchen ware, they should have replaced to some good one.

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 16Good Place to Stay
We needed a place to stay for one night in the Boston area and this one was very nice. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, except for a large stain on the rug, and the kitchen was a plus. It is convenient to Boston without the inflated "in the city" hotel prices. As long as the pricing remains reasonable I will stay here again as I take trips to Boston once or twice a year.

Trip Type: Romance Review 5 of 16Clean & the price was right
We planned a trip to historical Boston. Other hotels were too expensive. This hotel was not as close as we liked but is conviently located 1 exit away from a park & ride train station. It's only a 15 min train ride into town & $7 parking opposed to $30 p/day downtown & very confusing traffic. The hotel was very clean & staff was pleasant & helpful with directions and recommendations to local stores and restaurants. We liked having our own kitchen but was not too pleased that they don't clean your room unless you stay more than 7 days. You can trade in your towels/linens at the service desk & get clean ones. Overall we found the hotel to be great for the price and will definately stay there again if we plan another Boston trip.

Trip Type: Romance Review 7 of 16Great deal - You will be very satisfied!!!
The kitchen was a plus. Stores not that close but the staff has printed directions to supermarkets, stores & restaurants (5-15 min away). We planned to go to downtown Boston & found public parking there is from $20-$30 p/day. The staff (whom were all very helpful and pleasant) gave us directions to the Train station (1 exit away) which was WAY cheaper than driving in. The train ride was only 20 min away and left us in the heart of Boston. We also decided to drive to Salem (45 min away) instead of public transportation because it stops at a certain time. What a great experience and we will definately stay there again. The only bad thing is they don't clean your room, unless you stay there more than 7 days or you can pay a small fee, but you can turn in towels or sheets and get clean ones. No continental bkfst but you have a full kitchen so you can make your own which is much cheaper than going out.

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 16Very satisfactory
Room was sparse but appointed well enough. Access to public transportation can be problematic, but not the hotel's issue.

Good room for long term guests, kitchenettes make for a convenient place to stay while traveling and every 4th night was free. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I go to the Boston area every year and I plan on staying here every time unless things change. It was very comfortable, has easy access to main roads and staff is friendly and capable.

Nice clean hotel. Perfect when all you need is a place to sleep & shower. Convenient location close to the red line T.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 16Only if Necessary
If it's the only room left in the Greater Boston Area - then by all means. But for the price we paid, I was expecting something much nicer. Parking was good, the outside of the hotel was in good shape, they were doing some remodeling downstairs which really didn't bother me, the hallways were clean and presentable, the rooms were aweful. The beds were like concrete, there were building noises all night long (not people yelling or anything like that - just the building pipes and ac/heat made noises that were annoying). I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else.

This hotel has everything one needs while traveling: a comfortable bed, a safe environment, friendly staff, and best of all a, a kitchette.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 15 of 16Ok Hotel...
Looks like a Bunker or a Dorm and smells like it but not horrible. It's a hands off kind of place. They don't clean your room or change your towels. Front desk, not so smart. The non-hotels.com rate is much higher than the hotels.com rate. Stick with that if you need a place to stay for business. If you have other choices I would steer clear of this Dorm-style hotel.
