Great room for the money

By European standards, great room for the money and everything was very clean.

Hard mattress

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT EXCEPT THE EXTREMELY HARD MATTRESS. ALL ELSE WAS FINE, ESPECIALLY THE BREAKFAST. DESK CLERK WAS COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL.

Convenience to Airport Invaluable

We felt we paid a reasonable rate for the hotel and were grateful to find something close to the airport especially given morning traffic in Brussels. The shuttle service was invaluable.

Just OK

The hotel met our needs as we wanted to be near the airport. The staff was friendly. The room was clean but very small. I expected a little more for the rate we paid.

Great Location and Excellent Service

I loved that there was a shuttle to pick me up at the airport early in the morning. The hotel staff were very helpful and my room was very clean and nice. I also loved the breakfast! Everything was fresh and delicious. The hotel is only a 5-10 minutes walk to the train station where you can go to the Brussels Central station for less than 3 euros one way.

hotel needs to have 24hrs shuttle airport service!!! had to wait three hrs!

hotel does nit have a good shuttle service to or from airport, only from 7 am to 10 am and 5 pm to 8 pm, after wich or before wich you are on your own with overpriced unfriendly taxis services almost the same price as hotel for one way!!!
