Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 101good hotel.
my only complaint is that the hotel beds were a little to hard which made sleeping slightly uncomfortable and not that relaxing. The room overall was laid out nicely and had relatively good lighting. would recommend to others.

Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 101Good value, convenient location
Good value. Very nice, helpful staff. First room had strong smell of smoke, but they quickly assigned another room. Difficult to connect to internet. Convenient parking.

Trip Type: Romance Review 3 of 101Location Rocks!
This hotel is walking distance from some of the best parts of Vancouver. It is 5 minutes from Yaletown, 15 from Robson, and only a 20 minute walk to Granville Island. The staff is very attentive, and the free wine tasting is a nice touch (advice: get there early before they run out on weekends). The hotel itself was great. The room wasn't huge, but was comfortable and a nice size. It was clean, and there were plenty of rooms to plug in your laptop and cell phone. The decor of the rooms was great as well. I was a bit worried about some of the reviews on various sites, but the bad ones were probably from people that are overly critical, or were having a bad day. Either way, I can't say enough good things about this hotel!

Trip Type: With Friends Review 5 of 101Enjoyed our stay
The hotel had a/c, nice linens, stocked mini fridge, and a cozy hot tub. (The jets could have been stronger on the hot tub..) It did not say on the ad on hotels.com, but in the book in the room, it says pets are ok. If I had known this, I would have brought my dog, and not had a petsitter. Vancouver is a very dog-friendly town. Also, utilizing the water taxis to get to Yaletown, Granville Island was a real plus, and inexpensive.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 6 of 101Pluses and Minuses
Location was convenient for traversing downtown, Granville Island, Yaletown. Disappointed that they charged for internet access. Bar closed at 10pm on Sunday :( Room was very small, though clean. Help at front desk was inconsistent ~ sometimes friendly, other times obviously rude.

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 101Wonderful hotel, but.................
This is a great hotel in terms of ambiance and location. However, the room was quite small, which was OK since we were only there the one night. For a longer stay, more room would be necessary. The beds were very hard. We wouldn't stay there again because of the hard beds.

Trip Type: Family Review 11 of 101Great Place To Stay--Definitely Will Be Back Again
If you like apples, the front desk has 'em for you! (My kids had a half dozen by the time we left...) The staff was very helpful and friendly, the hotel and rooms were great, perfect location. Really couldn't ask for more.

This hotel is in a perfect location for city sightseeing. The restaurant service, however, is mediocre at best!

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 14 of 101close in but tucked away
This room was pretty nice. We were told we would have a king bed but instead we had 2 doubles. Small but comfortable, nice sheets felt clean. Nice flat screen with good selection of current movies. Parking was expensive so in order to get our moneys worth we walked everywhere which was nice because we were right near everything! overall I'd say it was pretty good

Trip Type: With Friends Review 15 of 101Great room fot the money!
Location is great! It is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants. Short driving distance from the harbor. Not the best view but and the room was very worm and thermostat was broken. Spoke to the front desk and was told it would be taken care of...but, never was. All personnel was very friendly and polite.
