Trip Type: With Friends Review 3 of 44Terrible Hotel
I recently took a two week trip to Europe and stayed in 8 different hotels across a number of regions. This hotel was a complete and utter disappointment. The location is great because it is right off the Earls Court tube stop, but that is the only saving grace of this hotel. When you walk in you will be impressed by the newly refurbished lobby and attached bar/ restaurant. This impression will soon turn to disgust once you exit the elevator to try and find your room. The rooms were grungy and small- the kind of room that you would expect to find in the wrong side of town that you might pay for hourly. Do yourself a favor and stay at the city continental London Kensington (I stayed here the first night of my trip). It is a block and a half away, it is cheaper and it includes breakfast. Most importantly you will not have to worry about waking up next to any unexpected guests. Don’t stay at this hotel!

Trip Type: With Friends Review 4 of 44Perfect for the explorer
The rooms are tiny but it certainly makes up for it with great staff and accessible location. I'll certainly be giving them a call when next i visit London....

Trip Type: With Friends Review 5 of 44Tiny old room
The double room is tiny. Bed is next to wall so you can only access one side. Furniture is old. Do not trust they say you have big nice TV, it's tiny too. Bathroom is tiny (2 m2), sink is the size of a plane toilet sink. No one single shelf in bathroom to leave your stuff. The only nice thing in the hotel is the lobby. Location is very good though.

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 44Great hotel for the money
This hotel was great for the price I paid. The staff was very accomadating. The room was fairly small and we had a larger room, but we expected this since most hotels in London are like this. Most people take large luggage which will take up most of the room, so don't overpack. The tube station was a block away which was great and there is a lot of pubs and restaurants within a 2 block walking distance. I would definitely stay here again for my next trip.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 7 of 44Great Location, Clean Rooms
The Enterprise Hotel was a great place to stay as we were looking for a good place to sleep at night in a convenient location. That said, it follows the expectations of having a small European-sized room (as opposed to what we are used to in the United States). The bathroom and rest of the accomodations were clean. And this is one of the few hotels I looked at that has (for a nominal fee) WiFi in the room. The location is a short block from the Earl's Court station on the London Underground and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The only complaints I really have is some of the desk staff were not overly friendly to the point I felt I was bothering them rather than being a welcome guest in the hotel.

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 44Small room
Room accommodations are very modest to say the least. The room didn't have air conditioning from what I could tell but luckily it wasn't needed during my stay. The rooms are very small but I wasn't in London to spend much time in a hotel room.

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 44Good for the basics.
Good location, relatively cheap for London, small room of course (with uncomfortable beds). Pros: - quality room AC (not every hotel in London has AC) - right next to Earl's Court underground - lots of restaurants nearby - walking distance to Hyde Park, and Imperial College (which includes Natural History Museum, V&A, etc.) Cons: - breakfeast NOT included, despite what it says online - internet runs 2 pounds/hour and didn't work for me at all... sometimes you can find an unsecured wi-fi but don't count on it - had to squeeze sideways to get into the bathroom and shower, and I'm skinny - uncomfortable beds and bedding

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 10 of 44Not a 3 Star
If you are looking for a 2 star quality hotel this might be fine, the bed in the double room was small for 2 people and very uncomfortable. Compared to other 3 star hotels I have stayed in while in Europe this was the worst. The room is tiny and needs updating. No AC and even with windows open the air would not circulate. When we asked questions at the front desk the staff was of no help. The front lobby is nice and new but do not expect your room to look the same.

Trip Type: Family Review 11 of 44The room ends where the bed ends
You cannot carry large luggage because there is no room for you and the luggage in the room. Tiny bathrooms. Rooms smelt musty. Excellent location, only a few steps from the tube station that has even wheel chair access and elevators. Safe neighbourhood. Overall, convenient but not comfortable.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 13 of 44An adequate but overpriced room
Perhaps it's the exchange rate, or perhaps London really is the most expensive city in the world, but the Enterprise Hotel rooms are really quite cramped and shabby for the price paid. The bathroom was particularly depressing, and there was a humming noise that went on and off at regular intervals outside the window (which looked out on an air shaft). Nevertheless, it was clean enough, and the location is quite convenient.

Trip Type: Business Review 14 of 44changed rooms midway through stay
The first room we had was on the ground floor, with a window overlooking an alley. Early (around 7 am) each morning the sound of construction could be heard; each morning we mentioned this situation to the staff, who informed us that there could be no such situation going on. We had to bring staff into our room to have them share our experience before they would acknowledge the situation. It was at that point that we requested (and cheerily received) a new room. This new room was quite satisfactory (large, relatively quiet, and clean).
