Good Quality for the money

Hotel was very nice for the money and much nicer than surrounding properties.

An OK stay

Stayed on 7/2/09. Hotel was adequate, but nothing stellar. They advertised a breakfast. But the only thing they had was coffee and pastries that looked like they were from Sam's Club. The view was great, however, from the room. The room was clean but somewhat dated. So all in all, it was an adequate stay.

Great room for the money

My husband and I stayed for anniversary at Emerald Shores and we both agreed it would be a place to stay again. The staff were very friendly and the room was nice. The only problem that I would comment on was the breakfast-it was not what I would call a continental breakfast; and our ac was a little loud making it hard to hear the tv. We just turned the the volume up on our tv.

Great location, good service, bad breakfast

The hotel is right on the beach, ocean view from the balcony is great. Service was good, but make sure you have your own food for breakfast.

Great hotel for Price

Nice clean room and hotel. It was very convienant and a nice oceanfront balcony. The contintental breakfast could have had more choices. But over all we will come back to stay here.

Will stay again

good hotel, Only one problem with the trip. we booked a king room for our get away, figuring it would be cozy, we got there and all kings were booked so we got stuck with a room with two beds. For our type of get away it wasnt what we wanted. We got stuck in a smaller bed with a bunch of wasted space. The room was nice and staff was helpful. If you get the room you want there should be no problems.

Wonderful hotel

The hotel was very nice for the price. I have stayed there twice now and it was very pleasant both times. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The internet was a bit tricky, it worked well when it was dark and rainy. Beautiful view of the ocean. Well worth the stay would always stay there.

It was ok

Our hotel stay was just "ok"....no coffee pot or iron/ironing board in room....room had bugs in it.

basically got what we paid for

for the price and location, a pretty decent place. Wireless was horrible in the room--couldn't really use it. mostly pleasant staff but others almost rude. nice pool area

Outstanding hotel, good value.

Our romm was great. We had rented an effiency, but was desapointed that we did not have an oven, only a 2 burner cook top.After reveiwing their ad, it had stated a cook top only. But that did not take away anything from our stay. The pool area was very large with enough chairs for all guest, and small towels were provided each day. One inprovement to the balacony area would be to add a small table to the 2 chairs that were provided.

Great room for the money

Great area and beach location. Room was sized well and clean. Hotel offers coffee,danish and has plenty of ice avail.Great view from the ocean front. We did have a room on the 2nd floor near the hot tub which could bring some noise from guest who tub at late night.

Nice location for the savings

It's nice to walk out the back of the hotel and on to the beach. The hot tub and pool were nice as well as adequate room for tanning. The kitchenette is small but we used it a few times. We paid for 2 nights and got the 3rd free so for the money, it was a good deal.
