great room for the money

checking in was easy, suites are very nice and updated,requested additional night stay no problem. Would recommend this hotel,they only complaint is the parking fee per day could get costly for more than one nights stay.

Always a good value for what you get!!

We loved the reception in the evening and the terrific breakfast! The lunch we had by the pool was pretty bad and too expensive. We were going to eat at their restaurant onsite but the prices were too expensive! We don't like ala carte dining! But other than that, a great place to stay!

Oustanding Hotel

When in Miami We always stay at airport Embassy suites because we found It to be the best

When making reservations on-line for this hotel, they say "free internet"... when you're checking-out, your bill shows a daily charge for internet service and parking. Then when checking your bank account on-line, there are multiple charges from the hotel, and for what? No one knows. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Learn from my mistakes. Don't let this happen to you!

Decent room for the money.

Hotel is close to MIA. However, guest would need to have a car / rental in order to venture out. The room rate is decent and the breakfast is a definite plus. The property is a little dated but room is spacious. It definitely worth a try.

Great Hotel poor cleanliness

A great hotel and a great location. Loved the breakfast and the managers hours. The problem was the cleanliness of the bathroom of my room and one employee of the restaurant (she wasn't friendly nor helpfull)

A mini-resort

The hotel is so convenient to the airport,it is perfect for going to the port for a cruise. The staff were friendly and helpful and everything was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially "cruisers"

WOW

My folks were going on a cruise on Monday and we decided to stay in a hotel the night before. We chose the Embassy Suites and were so blown away by the hotel. It was convenient, great price, very roomy...and oooohhh, the breakfast was wonderful. The staff went out of their way to help us, and even had a shuttle to the Port of Miami. I would stay here again and will look for Embassy Suites again when I travel. Thank you for a great experience.
